Augustine Wong

A corporate finance and restructuring specialist with extensive experience advising corporates, lenders, and financial sponsors across Southeast Asia. Before founding Novarche, Augustine was an Associate Partner at EY-Parthenon, where he led major restructuring mandates, special situations advisory, capital solutions, and cross-border M&A. His work includes the financial restructuring of TuasOne’s S$634 million project financing, creditor advisory for a US$9 billion oil refinery project, and the restructuring of a major heavy manufacturing company in Vietnam.
He previously held senior corporate roles in capital markets, investor relations, and corporate development at Genting Singapore and other conglomerates, where he executed multi-billion-dollar financing initiatives and major transaction evaluations.
Augustine graduated Magna Cum Laude in Finance from Singapore Management University and completed further studies at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
Kelvin Kong
Strategic Advisor, Risk & Compliance
A corporate commercial lawyer specialising in compliance, governance, and risk advisory across the Asia-Pacific region and the United States. Kelvin has extensive experience designing and managing compliance frameworks for multinational organisations, including anti-corruption controls, whistle-blowing and investigations, third-party due diligence, intermediary oversight, and regulatory reporting. His work spans high-risk operational settings in the oil and gas, engineering, and energy services sectors.
He has also supported major LNG, subsea, and infrastructure projects through commercial risk assessments, contract negotiation, insurance and claims management, and dispute resolution. His background includes senior regional compliance and legal roles at Weatherford, KBR, and EMAS Group, following his early career in corporate and capital markets practice at Allen & Gledhill.
Kelvin holds an LL.B. (Second Upper Class Honours) from the National University of Singapore.
Tay Chin Kwang

He has led end-to-end finance leadership agendas, including financial planning and performance management, treasury and liquidity management, statutory and management reporting, governance and internal controls, and investor and stakeholder communications.
He has a strong track record executing complex cross-border initiatives, encompassing acquisitions, divestments, and capital raising, and partnering boards, shareholders, and senior management on critical decisions. His work is focused on companies navigating growth inflection points—building scalable finance operating models, strengthening cash and working-capital discipline, and driving value through restructuring and turnaround planning, as well as IPO readiness and pre-listing preparation.
